About This Event
The Annual General Meeting is an important opportunity to review the year, plan ahead and ensure the continued success of the club. Following on the from the meeting there will a short demonstration by a club member and time to socialise with a slice of homemade cake and tea or coffee.
We will be seeking volunteers for two key roles:
Programme Secretary
The Programme Secretary contacts and books demonstrators for the year. We aim to have six demonstrators per year. This role is important to provide variety and quality to our club evenings. We work closely with NAFAS and have access to names and contacts for qualified demonstrators and speakers.
Club Secretary
The Club Secretary Manages correspondence via email and post. Supporting the committee and keeping the committee informed.
Both positions are well supported by the committee and taking on a role is a rewarding way to contribute to the future of Sandy Flower Club.
